Upgrade, downgrade or leave — and what happens to your site.
Go to Billing and pick a different plan. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period, so you keep what you paid for.
Before you downgrade
If your new plan has lower limits than what you are using, you will be told exactly what is over. Nothing is deleted — products above the limit are hidden until you either remove some or upgrade again.
If you cancel
Your site stays live to the end of the period you have paid for, then goes offline. Your data is kept for 30 days in case you come back. After that it is deleted.
Seasonal farms
If you only sell for part of the year, talk to us before cancelling — we would rather find an arrangement than lose you each winter.
